The training will review basic company and job requirements including our attendance and dress code policies for custodians.
All employees, including cleaning staff, are held to certain company standards of customer service,
professionalism, and ethics which are explained. Training requirements and your understanding of job
duties and conduct at work will be included with time for questions.
The presentation discusses procedures for handling keys, maintaining building security and
confidentiality, as well as protecting company assets as part of your cleaning duties. It will also review
expectations for personal behavior and attitude on the job.
